Overpronation - not as bad as it sounds?

I’m intrigued to hear what more experienced runners or coaches think of the points raised in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFA6hWF6Qpg&ab_channel=E3Rehab

In my relatively inexperienced view, they seem to make some valid points. The idea that there is a lot of variation in foot structure and we should focus on building strength and resilience rather than aiming for an ‘ideal’ foot.

However, I’m also highly aware that the aim of some youtube content is often just to get views, and one of way of doing this is pushing a slightly controversial ‘hot take’ that isn’t necessarily true.
